Ζητείται νυκτερινός για να εργαστεί στο Caesars Gardens Hotel & Spa στην Λίνδος (Κράνα). Απαραίτητες γνώσεις αγγλικών και Υ/Π . Responsibilities  Attend Front Office Handover Briefing with Evening Shift  Count Cash Float and take over cash from the evening shift  Check and log upcoming Wake-Up Calls / Airport pickup / drop Orders  Familiarize yourself with all pending arrivals  Check in pending arrivals  Ensure clean Public Areas  Conduct patrol around the property  Check incomplete traces and messages of the day  Control Room status (dirty, clean, inspected) and house count  Check Front office emails  Check social media guest comments and promptly respond  Guest Profiles (Registration card complete)  Guest ledger Balance / Deposit due  Verify that all charges posted from the POS Software and SPA department had reached the correct guest folios and also not missing.  Cashier Check and Closing  Manage online and phone reservations  Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data  Register guests information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)  Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms  Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities  Concierge duties such as: restaurant reservations, Spa treatments, excursions, taxis & transfers, boarding passes etc.  Overseeing maintenance issues  Maintain updated records of bookings and payments  Receive and perform room service orders  Check Credit Cards settlements.  Conduct handover with Morning Shift
